External Audit Report 2015

We have audited the financial statement on page 2 to 12 of poverty eradication and community empowerment (PEACE) micro-financing institution share company as at June 30, 2015 and the related statement of income and expenditure for the year then ended. The preparations of the financial statements are the responsibility of the management of poverty eradication and community empowerment (PEACE) micro-financing institution Share Company. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audit .

We conducted our audit in accordance with international standards on auditing. These standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free of material misstatement.

.In our opinion, the financial statements give a true and fair view for the financial position of poverty eradication and community empowerment (PEACE) micro-financing institution share company as at June 30,2015 and the results of its operations for the year then ended and have been properly prepared in accordance with Generally accepted accounting principles.
